Question by A Joy: Do Janet Evanovich books have sex scenes?
I'm a mentor to a 14-year-old who loves Janet Evanovich's more recent work. I was going to give her a book to read, and it has one sex scene. I just was curious if Evanovich has any in her books (which would make me feel more comfortable giving her this other book to read). Anyone know?
If she does -- how graphic are they? Just looking for any details! Sorry for such an odd question.
I don't know which books, but the ones that are more like mysteries, I believe.

Which books?
Ok the Stephanie Plum books the ones that are numbered 1-14 so far, have a little sex in them. I think the most graphic one is the 3rd or 4th book. It's fairly graphic and it describes how it feels and how his phallus looks. In a later book there another graphic scene with different man. The sex scenes are very much like what you would get in a typical romance novel there just aren't as many of them. There are a lot of innuendos and references to sex throughout the story. I really don't think her books are appropriate for a 14 year old. If you would like I could compile a list of books that would be appropriate for her and she might like.
